How do I cancel my Micro or Barre Fusion current subscription?
We will be sorry to see you go, but you can easily cancel either your Micro or Barre Fusion current subscription at any time from our website, on either the mobile, tablet or web versions.
***If you purchased a plan on or after January 12, 2021 this first method will not apply to how to cancel your subscription. See below for information on purchases after January 12 2021.***
Plans purchased prior to January 12, 2021 please follow this section:
Make sure you are logged into site, visit the video channel you have subscribed to (From Menu: Videos & Rentals, Micro Subscription or Barre Fusion Subscription), click on the small round icon that indicates a person in the top tight corner above the large video (see photo below, blue circle), and a pop up will appear with your option to cancel.
If you used
Paypal you can also do the following: Log into your PayPal account, go to your Profile and select My Money. Update your argeement in the My Pre-approved Payments section.
**Please note** that the website will cancel acccess at the end of your month to the videos.
If you subscribed on or
after January 12th 2021, click on the account icon carrot in the top right section of the website. It will either show your first name initial or a small photo of you. From there click "My Subscriptions" and there will be the name of the subscription package you have. Expand it. There you will see the option to cancel.
