Hi friends, here is my simple easy smoothie that I love to make when I need something quick!
I do not measure... I know, it's my toxic trait. Here are the ingredients that I use in it.
Milk of choice (unsweetened)
Cold brew (unsweetened)
2 dates
1 Serving of Aloha vanilla protein powder
Handful of oatmeal
Scoop of nut or seed butter - currently loving this one Fix & Fogg Everything Butter
Blend and enjoy!
Optional add ins or substitutions- cinnamon, swap dates for a banana, swap cold brew for decaf (ouch).
